Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Pick up from the airport/hotel proceed to the office for finalizations. Later depart for mara descending through the great rift valley. You will have a stopover at the great rift valley for some photos of the amazing views. Later you will proceed to Narok where you will have hot lunch for about 30 min. Later we head to Maasai mara arriving at around 3:00 pm. Check in to the lodge/ camp, refreshen up and later get ready for your evening game drive spotting of the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and Wildebeest. Return to your lodge/ camp for overnight and dinner .
Day 2: Full Day Masai Mara Game Reserve
After breakfast, spend the whole day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the Big Five animals (Lion, bufallo, elephant, rhino and Leopard). You will have picnic lunches in the reserve near the hippo pooll at the Mara River.There are resident Hippos and Nile crocodiles sitted at the banks of Mara river all year round. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.
(On this day you have an option to take a balloon safari in the early morning where you get to enjoy an aerial view of the flora and fauna of the maasai mara )
Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park
On this day after having your scrumptious breakfast, you will get to visit the maasai village interact with the maasai people get to know their culture ,tradition and most import dance to their traditional dances. Later checking out and departing for Lake Nakuru National Park which is located in the Great Rift Valley, lunch enroute .with scenic views of Mt. Longmont and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. You will arrive in the evening and be dropped off at the hotel for your dinner and overnight at your chosen accommodation.
Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Amboseli National Park
After breakfast proceeds to Lake Nakuru Park, known for its prolific birdlife including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline later drive to Amboseli National Park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, which dominates the landscape, and open plains. Arriving late evening for dinner and overnight at your chosen accommodation.
Day 5: Full Day Amboseli National Park
After breakfast the whole day you will spend inside the park tracing the big African elephants. You will have a chance to view Mount Kilimanjaro in the evening and early morning. Amboseli is well known as the `salty dusty place’. You will have your lunch at the view point enjoying the beauty of Amboseli and the waters that surround. Check in to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Amboseli National Park – Arusha
After breakfast depart the park with a game driver enroute . Later proceed to Namanga for immigration processes. Upon arrival at Arusha one of our office representatives will meet you and take you to your booked in hotel for your dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast there will be a pre – briefing on the awaiting safari ahead of us. Later we depart to Lake Manyara which is well known for bird viewing and tree climbing lions.It offers a diverse wildlife viewing and beautiful sceneries. We later break for our lunch enjoying the beautiful wildlife and bird species. In the evening we drive back to our booked camp/lodge.
Day 8: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you will proceed to Serengeti National park which is located on the Northern border of Tanzania. It has the oldest ecosystem in the world and home for the wildebeest migration. Later in the day you will have your picnic viewing the beautiful vegetation that is divided into 2(woodland and grassland vegetation).In the evening we drive back to our booked camp/lodge.
Day 9: Serengeti National Park – Arusha
After breakfast and your final game drive leave Serengeti heading back to Arusha where one of our office representatives will meet you you will share your experience. Later proceed to your booked in hotel for overnight.
Day 10: Arusha – Nairobi
After breakfast depart from Arusha hotel go throught the border and proceed to Nairobi via a shuttle bus.Drop off at the Nairobi Hotel/airport.
