Detailed Itinerary

  • Day 1: Nairobi – Samburu National Reserve

    0830 hrs drive north via Mt. Kenya past coffee plantations to Samburu game reserve noted for the unusual reticulated giraffe, Grevy zebra Somali ostrich and the Gerenuk. Picnic lunch and game drive enroute .Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

  • Day 2: Full Day Samburu National Reserve

    After breakfast, head out for a full day of game viewing drive in this dry semi-arid park with its striking background view of the Mathew’s Range. The surrounding terrain is renowned for rare game, -long necked gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa Oryx. Leopard is the frequent passer-by. Drive through the gently flowing Uaso Nyiro river which traverses this Park provides evergreen vegetation for the wildlife found in this park. Game drives and bird watching safaris are the ideal way to experience the native wildlife in its natural splendor. Dinner and overnight at your camp / lodge.

  • Day 3: Samburu National Reserve – Lake Nakuru National Park

    Leave after breakfast with game drive en route . Drive past the Northern tip of the aberdare mountains to descend into the great rift valley where Lake Nakuru is located. Picnic lunch en route arriving late in the afternoon. Meals and overnight at the lodge/hotel.

  • Day 4: Lake Nakuru National Park – Nairobi

    Early morning game drive later you break for breakfast. .After breakfast leave Lake Nakuru National Park for Nairobi with short game drive. you will arrive Nairobi around lunch time and proceed to Carnivore where you will your lunch. Later after lunch we will drop you at your respective hotel or Airport.
